How do I place an order with Juiicy’s Delectable

YOU MUST HAVE A DIRECT REFERRAL TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH JUIICY'S DELECTABLES. To view the full menu and submit an order request CLICK HERE. This site is used for all delectables selections, custom cakes, and savory selections for every occasion. Send us a message in the chat or contact us to place your order request.

Is there a deposit required with my order request?

YES. To complete all order requests, a 50% non-refundable deposit is due immediately, with the remaining balance due at 24hrs prior to pick up. For local orders totaling $50 and under, cash on delivery/pick up is preferred. Before sending any money, confirm your order total with Juiicy via text or direct message. Any deposits not submitted within 72 hours will be removed from the order queue and a new order request is required to be submitted. For pricing on custom orders and shipping fees, please discuss with Juiicy directly immediately upon completing the order request form.

Please be sure to include a processing fee of $2 when submitting payments via Venmo and CashApp.

What is the standard turnaround time for an order placed with Juiicy’s Delectables?

We begin working on all orders once the deposit payment is received. Typically when we have “Small Count” options for pick up 2-4hrs notice is preferred to prepare the order. For all other menu item requests 72hrs advance notice is required to avoid an inconvenience fee. Custom cakes, party packages, catering and larger orders at least 7-10 days notice is needed to ensure all items are purchased and in stock, all outsourced items needed from online are purchased and arrive on time, adequate time to gather materials for packaging etc. 30 days notice is preferred to ensure calendar availability.

What is your REFUND POLICY?

There is NO REFUND on deposits paid or orders placed and processed with Juiicy’s Delectables. We begin working on all orders once the deposit payment is received. In the event that something is wrong with an order, items may be replaced under the discretion of the owner.

Are any items readily available for pick up?

It is ALWAYS RECOMMENDED to place an order at least 72 hours in advance of pick up to ensure product availability. All items are freshly made to order. Select items may be prepped for more rapid availability, but are not completely ready to go, therefore at least 4 hours advance notice is needed for order time on same day pick up of small counts and assorted boxes. In all other instances, menu items must be purchased by the half dozen/half pan or more. Check the order form weekly for variety options and smaller counts. ALL ORDERS PLACED FOR SAME-DAY PICK UP WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 20% INCONVENIENCE FEE.

Is delivery available?
YES. The minimum purchase amount for delivery is $50. Local delivery is available (up to 25 mile distance) for an extra fee ranging between $5 and $25 based on mileage. In the event that a delivery request is needed at a distance farther than 25 miles, the order total must be greater than $250. Same-day delivery is not available. All delivery requests must be placed at least 72-hours in advance.

What are the delivery/shipping fees and what does shipping time look like?

Local delivery is charged at $0.60 per mile (distance calculated round trip). This fee is subject to change. Shipping is processed at a flat rate of $15 for a small box, $20 for a medium box, and $25 for large boxes. Cost of shipping includes shipping fees, packaging fees, and travel to and from postal facilities. 

What is the earliest/latest time orders can be picked up?

The earliest an order can be picked up is 9:00am. The latest that an order can be picked up is 6:30pm (Thursday-Sunday). If an order is needed outside of this pick up window, please contact Juiicy directly to make arrangements in advance.

What if I’m late for pick up?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that anyone will be available outside of the requested pick up time to exchange goods. There is a chance that you will not be able to pick up your order if you are running late for pick up. If you think you will be running behind, please CALL as soon as possible to discuss other pick up options. 

Does Juiicy’s Delectables offer shipping?

Yes, but only select items are available for standard shipping. Some products require overnight, expedited shipping. Contact info.juiicysdelectables@gmail.com for more details.

PAYMENT PROCESSING AND PROCESSING FEES

 

Cash payment is preferred for all local orders of $100 or more, when possible. For all other payments, including deposits, remaining balances, and processing fees, Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay are available. It is required to submit a PROCESSING FEE of $2 (Cash App) and 2% of total payment (Venmo) when submitting electronic money transfers. When sending virtual payments, please leave the "memo" blank or simply put "gift" or "donation" in the memo/for field of the payment.
